Thank you for shopping with Roadmanners. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

During busy periods, processing may be delayed slightly. If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll contact you by email or phone.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimated and may vary based on your location and carrier performance. Occasional delays may occur.

 

Shipping Location

All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada.

 

Cancelling orders

Each cancelled order is subject to a $10 cancellation fee. This covers the fee we are charged for processing refunds.

 

International Orders, Customs, and Refused Deliveries

Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees, which are not included at checkout. These charges are set by your local government and must be paid by the recipient.

We do not cover these charges and are not responsible for customs-related delays.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is refused or not collected due to customs fees or other reasons:

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded

  • If returned to us, any return shipping or customs return fees will be deducted from your refund

  • If the package is abandoned or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued

Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering. Roadmanners is not responsible for lost, refused, or unclaimed international packages.
